Locations we deliver to?

We are located in Canberra and have a truck with 2 installers driving around Canberra every day delivering smaller jobs such as 5 desks to larger jobs with 50 desks. We have a number of external sub-contractor crews who are constantly installing projects for us, anything up to 300 workstations.

We also deliver and install around NSW, Sydney and Melbourne

Delivery times

When all your furniture has arrived into our warehouse, we will call you to arrange a suitable delivery day.

We will provide you with an approximate time for when your order will be delivered based on manufacturing and logistics lead-time. Delivery may occur before or after the approximate delivery time.

After hours and Saturday deliveries can be arranged if needed but will be an extra cost.

Our items take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks to come in depending on the items in your order.

Deadline – notify us of your deadline and we may be able to arrange for your order to be installed by your deadline.

Contract deadlines – we are able to tender for projects and meet deadlines for install reliably where needed.

Standard range of furniture – 3-15 business days

Chairs (standard colours) – 3-10 business days

Custom made furniture or upholstered chairs – 4-5 weeks

Large projects – 3-6 weeks


How do we deliver your furniture?

We deliver using our own truck and professional installers and trusted courier companies to ensure we always can provide the most cost effective and quality service.

It is an expectation that our clients will help us with all possible information regarding the delivery e.g. delivery contact details; how many flights of stairs; lift access; loading docks; parking details; opening hours; site contact details if not the same person placing the order; site details etc.

A delivery/installation cost will be provided on your quote.


Pick up in store

You can pick up from our warehouse to save delivery and assembly costs. After placing your order and you have been told your order is ready for pick up, you can pick up your items any time between 8am and 5pm Monday – Friday. Please visit reception first for assistance.
