Installation
Our Canberra installation teams are experienced commercial workstation and office furniture installers, not general labour-hire workers. They regularly install furniture into existing workplaces, new buildings and active construction sites, so they understand site requirements, protection of finished areas and commercial installation standards.
Aurora manages the project, coordinates communication throughout the installation and conducts quality control following completion.

Canberra Delivery & Installation
Who will manage my project and be my main point of contact?
Your project will have an Aurora project manager responsible for coordinating the delivery and installation, keeping you informed and managing issues through to completion. You won’t be left trying to coordinate installers, warehouse staff and different suppliers yourself.
Who actually installs the workstations?
Our own Canberra installation teams. They are experienced commercial workstation and office furniture installers, not general labour-hire workers.
Are your installers experienced working on construction sites?
Yes. They regularly install into existing workplaces, new buildings and active construction sites, so they understand site inductions, access requirements, protection of finished areas and commercial installation standards.
How do you protect our new building from damage?
Lifts, floors, door frames and finished surfaces are protected before we start, and packaging is removed as we go rather than stacked up on site.
Will you just send general labour-hire workers if you need more people?
No. Installations are carried out by our own trained commercial installation teams.
Who coordinates everything on installation day?
Your Aurora project manager. They coordinate the installers, the warehouse and any other trades on site, and they are your single point of contact on the day.
What about electricians and power connections?
We coordinate with your electrician or building contractor for power and data, and can advise on cable management and in-desk power as part of the layout.
Where is the furniture stored before installation?
In our own warehouse. We offer warehouse storage for your furniture until your workspace is ready, so nothing has to be delivered before you can take it.
Who checks that the finished installation is actually right?
Aurora conducts quality control following completion. We walk the finished installation before handover rather than leaving you to find the problems.
Will the installers clean up after themselves?
Yes. We remove all packaging and old furniture, recycling materials wherever possible, to leave your space clean and ready to use.
What happens if something arrives damaged or there is a warranty issue?
All our furniture comes with a warranty. If you notice a defect, contact your dedicated account manager and we will arrange servicing.
Who communicates with me if something changes?
Your Aurora project manager. If a lead time moves or something needs to change on site, you hear it from them.
Can you handle a large workstation installation in Canberra?
Yes. We specialise in large office fitouts and can manage projects of any size, including coordinating with architects and trades.
