As part of the operations and customer service team, I manage key aspects of the order and delivery process to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. My responsibilities include creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and following up on overdue payments. I confirm order details such as sizes and colors, track orders, and handle special customer requests for delivery and installation. Additionally, I assist in warehouse operations, overseeing deliveries, dispatches, and unloading goods while occasionally supporting site deliveries and installations. Ensuring projects run smoothly and exceed customer expectations is a top priority. I also conduct site visits to capture project photos for quality checks and marketing content. Beyond these tasks, I contribute to larger initiatives like the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system to enhance operational efficiency.
